Derek Tong

Derek Tong is a Knowledge Content Manager at the CIPD. His role includes overseeing the delivery of the CIPD’s knowledge content programme, which is geared to support the organisation’s voice in public debate and to provide people professionals with the resources and practical information they need. This includes research reports, thought leadership, content hubs, podcasts and tools. Formerly a solicitor, Derek also has long experience in legal and tax content publishing and is a co-chair and advocate for the CIPD’s race and ethnicity employee resource group.
