Dr Jaclyn Lee

Dr Jaclyn Lee is currently the Chief Human Resource Officer of Certisgroup where she oversees the HR Strategy for Certis and its overseas subsidiaries. She has over 25 years of HR experience and is viewed by the community as a thought leader in the areas of HR Technology and Analytics. Prior to this appointment, she was the Chief Human Resource Officer for Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) Jaclyn was a pioneer when she joined SUTD, and in the 13 years of tenure set up all the key HR infrastructure and Talent strategies for the university. Her diverse HR experience hails from senior HR roles held in manufacturing, social services, education, high tech and the security industry.  She also has international and regional HR experience having worked in two large global firms such as General Motors and NEC Corporation. 

In 2019 she received the Public Administration Medal (Silver) for her contributions to Education, and in 2022 received the Covid Resilience Medal for her role in managing Covid operations during her tenure in SUTD.

Jaclyn speaks regularly on the topic of HR Analytics and HR Tech and is also an adjunct faculty with SUTD teaching Digital HR. She has authored two books, namely, “Accelerating Organisation Culture Change” and “Managing People, Culture and Data in the Modern Organisation”. Jaclyn has a PhD from University of Twente, Masters in both Business and HR and a BSc in Psychology.
