  • Key projects: Reward benchmark analysis, Talent MI Pack, People Survey analysis, Thought Leadership- EY diversity vs competitors and the United Kingdom population
  • Joined EY in April 2019, originally starting as a recruiter. I joined the Reporting and Analytics team in June 2021 to assist in delivery talent data and metrics to our talent colleagues. 
  • Background: I started out my working life in pubs and restaurants before finding my feet in recruitment. Here, I developed a keen eye for numbers and translating data into stories.
