Michael Cox

Michael is Head of People Analytics for Nestle Europe, leading the successful implementation and delivery of People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning across the European categories and markets and enabling the adoption of an insights driven culture across the HR function.

Michael’s is leading a network of Business Analysts, Consultants, Data Scientists and IO Psychologists who are based in Spain, UK, Poland and Switzerland and providing strategic people insights on Nestle’s global workforce of 280,000 employees.

Michael joined the Nestle Group in 2004 and has worked in a number of roles including HR Business Partner, Training & Learning Lead and Head of HR Business Excellence, Analytics & Technology. He created and led the first People Analytics team for the Nestle UK & Ireland market in 2012, based in York, that would later become the basis for the new Regional hub for Europe.
