Rob Bulman is the Head of People Analytics at the University of Salford. He has been working in HR People Analytics roles for 17 years in the Public Sector across Greater Manchester. He has worked on numerous Higher Education Sector projects with organisations like UCEA, JISC and UHR, and represents the University both City wide and Regionally in relation to the Real Living Wage campaign.
