I’m originally from Argentina and have worked in Human Resources for over 17 years in different multinational corporations (Accenture, ExxonMobil, Pluspetrol, Lanxess). Although for 15 years my focus was on different HR functions, the functions' gaps and my problem solver side, led me to learn and expand my work on analytical aspects in every single role I took. Two years ago I finally embraced my analytical side and jumped to a proper People Analytics position. This career path has opened the doors to bring my unique blend of HR expertise and analytics acumen to the forefront and enabled me to provide solutions to common problems from an innovative perspective with a business-centric understanding and approach.
