Tanya Jain

Tanya Jain is the Chief of Staff for VP, People Data and Analytics at GSK. In her role, Tanya is accountable for leading strategic projects, partnering with the VP to drive the People analytics priorities forward, and maintaining the rhythm and governance across the team.

Before this, Tanya was a Product Manager, shaping holistic people data and analytics products that help drive data-driven people decisions at scale.

In her 10+ years of experience, she has done varied roles in GSK as an HR Generalist, Process lead for workday deployment for GSK Consumer India business, Workday reporting lead for Ready Recruit implementations across 80+ countries, and was part of the core team that built the People Data and Analytics data lake and governance.

She holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and an MBA in HR.
