Tim Dickinson

Tim joined Novartis in 2020 as the Global Head of Learning Systems & Innovation, with a goal to re-envision how Novartis uses technology to build skills across the organisation. He oversees the strategic roadmap for learning platforms and explores how innovative technologies can accelerate employee development. Prior to joining Novartis, Tim was the Director of Strategy for Watershed, a data and analytics start up, and he worked as a technology consultant with Accenture.
