Lizzie Hall

Lizzie joined Leek Building Society as the Head of HR in January 2022 following a HR career in local government and charity sectors.

She holds Chartered CIPD status, and has responsibility for delivering the people strategy. Lizzie has a keen focus on wellbeing, EDI, and leadership development which have supported the Society to become an even more inclusive place to work. She is driven by the Society’s purpose to make a positive difference to the lives of their members, staff and local communities, of which the approach to health and wellbeing plays a pivotal part.
