Dr Agnieszka Lenton

Organisational Development and Talent Manager, TfL

Dr Agnieszka Lenton is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over twenty years of experience in organisational development, leadership development, talent management, diversity and inclusion and strategic HR. Agnieszka holds a professional doctorate in Occupational Psychology from Kingston Business School, which focused on inclusive talent management theory and practice. Her research reflects her passion for evidence-based people practices, and applying business psychology insights to foster workplaces where employees can thrive and reach their full potential.

Currently, Agnieszka is working as an Organisational Development & Talent Manager (job-share) at Transport for London, implementing an inclusive, employee led approach to talent. Previously, Agnieszka led the learning and organisational development team and function at the Greater London Authority (London City Hall) for over 15 years. She developed and implemented strategies to enhance staff engagement, inclusion, well-being, performance management, career development, and leadership capabilities. Agnieszka is also an Associate Lecturer at the University of Social Sciences & Humanities in Warsaw and a professional practice supervisor for doctoral students in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University College London. Agnieszka also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from London Metropolitan University and is qualified in the use of a range of psychometric scales and psychological assessment tools.
