Anrieta Kieriene

Anrieta Kieriene is a CIPD qualified professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and recently in talent management at Transport for London (TfL). In her role as Talent Advisor, she applies the principles of organisational development and how it can shape, develop, and drive great performance and achieve business objectives. Anrieta has a proven track record of delivering results, designing and producing guidance materials for stakeholders, and facilitating and presenting at key meetings and workshops. She uses her skills, experience, knowledge and understanding of organisational structure and culture to help TfL improve and embed its inclusive, employee-led approach to talent.
