James Knox

James joined Ricoh in 2015 as a Community Investment Manager responsible for development, deployment and reporting of the company’s social value initiatives. In his current role, as Head of ESG, James’s responsibility it to ensure that the business operates responsibly, whilst minimising risk. Some of his key projects include a supply chain assessment, development of Ricoh UK’s ESG taskforce initiative and managing Ricoh’s flagship charity partnership with the Prince’s Trust. 

James has a passion for mentoring and has been both a mentor and mentee at various times over his career. He is a member of various professional networks, including the Business in the Community Advanced Practitioner Network, East Midlands Leadership Board, and the Prince’s Trust Technology Leadership Group.
