Luciano Di Pace

Luciano joined Pret in 1999 as a Team Member and worked his way up quickly into Management. After discovering a passion for Training and Development, Luciano joined the Pret Academy as an L&D Manager in 2015 completing the Level 5 CIPD a year later. In 2019, he was appointed UK Senior Talent and Development Manager, leading the internal retail training and qualifications offer as well as Pret’s retail recruitment strategy.
