Harry Abrams

Harry advises both employer and employee clients on the whole array of employment issues.  He prides himself on providing practical and pragmatic advice with an awareness that employment law advice is really not a “one size fits all approach”. As well as working in city law firms, he also worked in-house at a US Headquartered brokerage firm and is acutely aware of how clients like and need to receive their advice.

He has a particular focus on scaling companies and has strong experience across the life science, retail and fashion and tech sectors.

His experience covers the lifespan of the employment relationship – from advising on contracts of employment to workplace disputes and ultimately dismissal and post termination restrictions. He also advises clients on their companywide people strategy including advising on remote working (both in the UK and internationally). He has represented clients in both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. He also regularly provides training sessions to HR and in-house legal teams as well as speaking at events discussing hot topics in Employment law.
