Elizabeth Nyawade is a Board level leader and people professional with over 20 years’ experience currently working in the NHS in the role of Chief People Officer. Having worked in diverse sectors – voluntary, private, and public, Elizabeth has a rich experience to draw from in informing strategy and practice. 

As a leader, Elizabeth is passionate about developing future talent evidenced by mentoring and career coaching over the last 7 years during which 19 mentees and or those coached have progressed in their careers (promotions and/or advanced in their CIPD qualifications).

Elizabeth is excited by the ongoing transformation of HR at work that have unlocked opportunities and possibilities.

A well-known quote attributed to Napoleon Hill that goes … “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” Has inspired her personal and professional life as a single parent.

Some of her interests outside work include an obsession with F1 racing, supporting Arsenal Football Club, listening to Classical music, and watching Saturday Kitchen TV show.
