Ayesha Aspbury

Ayesha is an experienced HR leader, having undertaken a variety of HR roles across both the private and public sector. In her current role as Director of HR Delivery at the Competition & Markets Authority, she leads a team responsible for delivering services in the reward, pay, operations, people analytics and HR systems space.

Whilst her remit is broader than employee benefits, she understands how opaque reward practices can appear and the frustrations that can create for employees. As a result, she is committed to creating a culture where processes are clear, decisions are evidence-based, equity matters and employees don’t just understand what their reward package is but why.
