With over a decade of senior HR experience spanning consulting, financial services and large‑scale transformation, Paul is known for shaping modern HR operating models, strengthening organisational culture, and driving evidence‑based people strategies.

Prior to the BHF, Paul held senior roles at Deloitte, Nationwide, and Lloyds Banking Group, partnering with executive teams to deliver impactful change across complex environments.
