Andrew Bamber

Andy is currently the VP HRIS Data and MI at Kroll. Prior to this he led a large team of analysts to deliver people related data, tools, and insight to support the firms’ objectives at KPMG.

Andy has had a career in data and analytics for well over 20 years. The last 12 years have been almost exclusively in the field of People Analytics. Delivering consultancy services for companies such as BP, Ikea, Rolls-Royce and Global Media. Andy thrives on the challenges of creating and implementing strategies for successful People Analytics functions but is also very much a ‘hands-on’ person able to apply his deep knowledge of reporting tools and systems to aid delivery of key reporting and insights to business.

In his spare time Andy relaxes to music. He is a collector and lover of all things analog and is immensely proud of his very large collection of vinyl records!
