Senior Director, Colleague Relations, Asda
Alistair is the Senior Director for Colleague Relations at Asda with responsibility for Labour Relations, employment policy, inclusion and engagement across the organisation. Alistair has over 25 years' experience in HR at Royal Mail, Royal Bank of Scotland Group and Asda, mostly in employee and industrial relations roles.
Alistair is a graduate of Strathclyde University, a Fellow of the CIPD and is a Board member on the CBI’s Future of Work Committee. He has been an Employer Representative on the Central Arbitration Committee (CAC) for 9 years and is a Charity Trustee, Chair and qualified SFA coach at Linlithgow Rose Community Football Club.
