Anouska has accumulated over a decade of experience in progressive hospitality Senior People roles across Scotland and is currently serving as Regional Director of People at Virgin Hotels. Anouska brings a commitment to developing open and positive organisational cultures, with a specific focus on supporting employee health and wellbeing, a passion that is echoed in her role with the SES CIPD Wellbeing group.
