With more than two decades of experience in employment law, Carolyn advises on the full spectrum with particular expertise in discrimination and investigations, appearing regularly in employment tribunals on behalf of both claimants and respondents. Alongside her advisory work, Carolyn regularly delivers training for employers across the UK and has partnered with a cancer charity in Glasgow to provide training for managers supporting employees returning to work following long-term illness. A qualified business coach, she is also passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and develop their careers.
