The Better Health Generation & Able Futures

The Better Health Generation & Able Futures deliver the fully funded Access to Work Mental Health Support Service across Scotland. We provide nine months of 1-to-1 confidential health and wellbeing support, at no cost to your organisation or employees. Our mental health professionals help employees to overcome workplace mental health challenges, including anxiety, burnout, depression, bereavement, and work-related stress.
