Jess leads the national Social Value strategy for Compass One (Compass Group UK & Ireland), embedding purpose into operations across healthcare, defence, and retail sectors. Her work drives inclusive recruitment, community engagement, sustainability and wellbeing-led retention, impacting thousands of colleagues and clients daily. 

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Jess is currently undertaking a Doctorate in Business Administration at Glasgow Caledonian University. Her research explores how activist leadership and organisational citizenship behaviours can inspire and motivate individuals to become actively involved in purpose-driven organisations. It provides practical insights for leaders on how to integrate purpose as a strategic tool for enhancing employee retention and engagement.
