Judith has more than 25 years working in HR across a number of industries – telecommunications, financial services and more recently customer experience/BPO. As an experienced partner working with executive boards developing people strategy, over the last 5 years Judith has also led the set-up of a regional Organisational Development function in Webhelp and now has responsibility for leadership development, early careers strategy, digital learning and talent management.
