Lynne Rennie-Smith

Lynne Rennie-Smith is a Senior HR professional with over 30 years experience in the professional. She is a Fellow of the CIPD where she regularly contributes to our panel discussions, research materials and provides insight in regards to the practical application of our services into business. Lynne is also a Mentor for our CIPD Aspiring HRD programme.

Lynne has been the People Director at Tesco Bank for just over 2 years and is a member of the Banks’ Executive Leadership team. Having previously worked for NatWest for 10 years in roles as a Lead HR Consultant, Head of HR for Ulster Bank in ROI and latterly as the HR Chief Operating Officer, Lynne also worked for Nationwide Building Society and has spent a number of years in some well known Retail brands such as Homebase, B&Q and House of Fraser.

She is currently studying to complete her ILM 7 Executive Coaching Qualification and is a Trustee of Perth Womens Aid, a role she has held for over 3 years.
