Chief People Officer, Registers of Scotland

Natalie is a passionate People and Organisation Development leader with twenty years’ experience in the profession, motivated by the impact that the people profession can make, both by delivering good work for people and supporting organisations to thrive. Currently Chief People Officer at the Registers of Scotland, she has spent most of her career in large public sector bodies, developing and delivering people strategy to benefit organisational performance and productivity. Natalie has been a Fellow of the CIPD since 2018 and is particularly interested in the relationship between culture, organisational design and performance. She has expertise in change management practice and deep experience of complex organisational change efforts, including mergers and transformation programmes. Originally from London, Natalie has been living in Fife since 2017 and is mother to three children aged between two and eighteen.
