Niall Mackenzie
Chief Executive Officer, Acas
Niall Mackenzie joined Acas in May 2025 from the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), where he was His Majesty's Trade Commissioner for North America, based at the British Consulate General in New York City.
Prior to this Niall was Interim Director General for Domestic and International Markets and Exports. Before that he was Director for Consumer and Competition Policy in the Department for Business and Trade, following a long succession of largely business facing roles, across the Business, Environment, Culture and Health Departments.
