Paul began his career as a software engineer before launching a market-leading tech business renowned for its outstanding workplace culture—one that prioritized people first. After 15 years, Paul's business was acquired, and the integration into a 70,000-strong organisation provided invaluable insights into the critical role of employee engagement, wellbeing, and open communication. This experience highlighted the need for organisations to truly listen and respond to their people to drive sustainable success.

From this journey through 20 years in the Scottish startup ecosystem, Trickle was born. Trickle empowers organisations to create healthier, more engaged workplaces by giving employees a voice and ensuring their concerns and ideas are heard in real time.
