Susan Stott

As Head of Culture, Leadership and Talent at Aegon UK, Susan is responsible for leading the delivery of the talent and development strategy. She is committed to building a highly engaged, purpose-led organisation where colleagues can develop the skills, knowledge & behaviours required now and in the future.  

Susan has had a progressive career with Aegon since 2006 and over this time has built considerable experience across the HR function. She has successfully led teams to deliver a range of initiatives with a company-wide impact including business transformation, culture change and colleague engagement & insight.  

In 2023 Susan joined the Scottish HR Leadership Group (SHRLG) Operating Board, which seeks to connect the community of HR professionals in Scotland and provide opportunities for development and engagement.
