With a background in People and Business Management on both a local and global level, I have acquired skills and experience that have allowed me to design and implement various processes and procedures to improve said employee experience. Currently CIPD Level 5 qualified and currently in process of completing Level 7 chartered level. I was recently awarded the ‘Michael Kelly Outstanding Student Award’ at UK level for my initiative in rolling out media and HR initiatives across global businesses. I am a dynamic and strategic communications professional with proven experience delivering clear, consistent and impactful messaging across complex, high-profile organisations. I am also skilled in stakeholder engagement, media relations, crisis management and multi-channel campaign delivery, I bring a calm, professional approach to shaping narrative and protecting reputation.
