Kayleigh Tobbell

Kayleigh is responsible for building relationships with and reconnecting with CIPD members and organisations in the Northern England region. Kayleigh also runs the team’s networks and communities such as the Senior People Professionals Network and CIPD Northern Policy Forum, providing HR and people development professionals with a voice to help shape and influence public policy and the future world of work.

Before joining the CIPD, Kayleigh managed external engagement activity for the Chief Security Office and led a cybersecurity team for a high-street bank. She also taught secondary English in the North East region and is therefore passionate about improving work, working lives and upskilling in the North and North East regions.

Kayleigh is a proud dog mum to her fur baby, Cassie the cockapoo, and loves walks along the beach and in the countryside in her spare time.
