Kehinde Oluwo

Organisational Effectiveness Partner, Diageo

Kehinde Oluwo is an organisation effectiveness partner at Diageo  since 2022. Prior to her current role, Kehinde was the Global Performance Lead for FIS, a financial technology firm where was responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of a leading-edge Performance Management approach for all 50,000 of FIS employees globally.  She is a campion for co-creation, change management and co-creating of people-related transformation with the end-users.

Kehinde was a Strategy and Change Consultant with over 15 years experience within the Financial Services sector.  The hallmark of her career has been the delivery of strategic people change initially as a Consultant with IBM and in-house within large complex organisations including HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Wealth. She combines her broad business knowledge and commercial acumen to ensure that the potential of people are maximized and central to delivering business results. 

Kehinde is a champion for neurodiversity and is passionate about inclusivity and belonging at work particularly for individuals on the autistic spectrum.  Kehinde completed a Masters in Organizational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London, a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Durham and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). Kehinde is currently reading for her Executive MBA at Cambridge Judge School of Business
