Lisa Morgan

Lisa Morgan is the Head of Organisational Development and Transformation (ODT) in Northern Ireland’s Department for the Economy. Business strategy is at the core of the ODT programme – changes and interventions are co-designed with stakeholders and employees with the aim of supporting the organisation to work more effectively and efficiently in support of economic growth in Northern Ireland. Lisa has been leading this change management programme for the last 3 years and prior to this she worked in a range of HR roles in the Northern Ireland Civil Service.
After working in HR for 10 years (!), Lisa completed a CIPD Advanced Certificate and went on to win the CIPD and People Management Outstanding Student of the Year (Advanced) in 2019 and 2020 respectively. Most recently, Lisa and her team were awarded Best HR/L&D and OD team in the UK (Public Sector) at the CIPD People Management Awards 2023. Lisa has experience in a wide range of areas, including organisational development and culture, learning and development, recruitment and resourcing, and change management.
