Lydia Fady is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with a strong record of shaping impactful learning cultures across the Middle East. She holds a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and has delivered over 7,000 training hours, empowering professionals across corporate, academic, and community sectors with the skills and mindset needed for sustainable growth.
Currently serving as the Regional Learning and Development Head at Hassan Allam Holding in Saudi Arabia, Lydia leads strategic initiatives that align with Vision 2030. She has designed and launched multiple flagship programs, including Fresh Graduate Development, COOP, and Internship Programs, that have successfully onboarded, developed, and retained Saudi talents. Her work also extends to corporate social responsibility (CSR), where she designed initiatives with universities to bridge the gap between academia and the labor market.
Her passion for people development began early in her career. During her university years, Lydia was selected among the top 50 candidates out of 7,000 applicants for the prestigious Business Planning and Skills Development Scholarship sponsored by Ahmed Abou Hashima and WE Telecom, where she received advanced leadership and project management training.
Beyond her corporate role, Lydia actively contributes as a freelance corporate trainer and consultant, collaborating with organizations such as GIZ, Arab Youth Center-UAE, KPMG, HRSD-KSA, King Khaled Foundation-KSA, Abdualla Al Ghurair Foundation,UAE, NAFIS, UAE and various educational and youth platforms including Eyouth, Vinsys Arabia, Asas Training Institutes as well as universities’ student development centres, and student activities in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Recognised for her engaging facilitation style and results-driven approach, Lydia continues to champion learning as a catalyst for empowerment, inclusion, and organisational excellence, helping individuals and institutions across the region unlock their full potential.
