Michael is an award-winning Erasmus Mundus scholar with three master's degrees in literature, children's studies, and culture studies from top universities in Nigeria, Scotland, and the Netherlands. For the past three years, he has pursued CIPD certifications with determination and purpose, earning the Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice and the Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management. He is currently completing the Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management.
