Natalie Ellis

Natalie commenced her HR career in 2007 with the Woolworths Group, and has since worked for prestigious organisations including ASOS.com. In 2020, she established her multi-award-winning consultancy, Rebox HR.

Natalie is deeply passionate about the workplace and small businesses. Her work focuses on helping organisations avoid HR difficulties through proactive people management.

Natalie dedicates herself to supporting aspiring HR professionals by delivering talks at conferences, universities, schools and colleges. She published her first book, "Launch Your HR Career", in 2020 and mentored over 300 CIPD students through their studies during the pandemic, helping them maintain motivation and continue their professional development. Natalie is cohost of the highly successful HR Unboxed podcast, has featured in numerous national publications, including The Times, Grazia, Refinery 29, GB News, The Daily Mail, People Management, and was named in the HR Most Influential list in 2021 for HR Magazine.
