Paul Jones

Paul has previously worked across the public, private and third sectors, having performed roles across a wide range of human resource management and development-related areas. Over the last 15 years, his experiences have been focused on Higher Education, where more recently he has been helping educate and support students studying Human Resource Management and Work Psychology qualifications. Paul is passionate about well-being in the workplace, helping individuals to achieve their full potential and maximising the effectiveness of recruitment processes. He is currently studying for a doctorate which focuses on the professional development of academic staff and how development opportunities can be fully embedded and utilised. Paul is the Student Engagement Lead for the Birmingham Branch of the CIPD.
