Sewa Adebayo

Sewa is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with over a decade of experience, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role in leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns for both senior executive and non-executive positions. 

Her career spans impactful roles at the CIPD and within the UK civil service, where she served as a Recruitment Business Partner across a diverse range of roles and sectors. Sewa has also contributed her recruitment and HR expertise within both public and private sector organisations.

Passionate about giving back, Sewa mentors young professionals in her spare time and shares her lived experiences at in-house events. She holds a CIPD Level 7 MSc in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Media.
