Andrea Callender

Andrea is Inclusion and Diversity Director for Alexander McQueen, the British luxury fashion retailer. She works with organisations who want to achieve ambitious goals on equality, equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Andrea has a track record of designing and implementing strategies and programmes to enable organisations to define and make progress against their EDI vision, and to engage diverse stakeholders internally and externally.

At Alexander McQueen Andrea is leading a programme to embed inclusive behaviours and evolve the organisational culture. Prior to this role she has worked with Boards, senior leaders and operational teams to develop and implement EDI strategies for a range of organisations including the BBC, a global professional services engineering consultancy, and the regulator for all doctors practising in the UK.
