Bridget O’Malley

Bridget O’Malley is an organisational culture and strategy expert with 20 years of experience championing people, culture and connection.

Born and bred in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, Bridget and her family recently embarked on a new adventure relocating to the West of Ireland.

Bridget now leads Hybrid Working at Bank of Ireland, focused on embedding hybrid working across the organisation.

Outside of work, Bridget spends time with family and friends, attempts to keep up with her nine year-old son, and participates in a number of local initiatives in her village of Leenane, in Galway’s Connemara region.
