She has led teams across Production, Logistics, Planning, and Audit in the UK, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland, including roles as Site Director, and Project Lead for multi-million-pound site-transformations.
Charlotte is driven by a deep value for equity, with a strong passion for inclusion and people development, her pride in her work comes from seeing the team members succeed.
