Deborah Onbashi

Deborah is the People Manager (ER and Engagement) for Crisis, the national charity for people experiencing homelessness.  She has been working in HR for over 20years working across various sectors before returning to Crisis nearly two years ago.  She has full generalist experience, including international HR business partnering, and has supported those returning to work after career breaks and personally understands the impact and challenges faced when getting back to work following maternity leave and redundancy.   In addition to her current role at Crisis Deborah is also a co-lead for their Women’s Network and has recently signed up to be a mentor for the CIPD Trust Bridging the Gap programme.
