I'm the "Lead Talent Acquisition & Development Service Delivery Manager" at the Co-op, I've been with the business for almost 8 years; me and my team are responsible for ca. 20,000 hires a year, covering high-volume recruitment for stores, warehouses and funeralcare, as well as our head office roles in Manchester.

We are faced with various challenges in a tight labour market, from being the only store on a remote Scottish island, to competing with digital pure plays for tech talent in Manchester.

Prior to joining the Co-op I've worked in various Talent Acquisition roles for start-ups, RPOs and recruitment agencies across Europe covering the automotive-,pharmaceutical- and energy sector amongst others.
