There are 2 things that define who I am: I come from the country of the “Pura Vida” - Costa Rica & I am a twin (she is my favourite human being in this world)! I moved to London two years ago. My career journey has been mostly with Kraft Heinz, where I have dedicated the past 7 years of my life and as the plan goes so many more years to come. Recently, I transitioned into the role of Learning and Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing Manager for the Northern Europe business. This has given me a huge opportunity to connect my work with my passion, which lies in creating an inclusive, supportive environment where individuals can be their authentic selves and they feel safe to ask for help when is needed.
