Gina Knight, Head of People at Flat Iron Steak, with a rich background in both hospitality and manufacturing. Starting in operations, Gina's career took an unexpected but exciting turn through a CIPD apprenticeship, guiding her into the dynamic world of Learning and Development (L&D). Embracing the opportunities within L&D, Gina moved through various roles, eventually finding herself in her current position at Flat Iron Steak. As the Head of People, Gina is on a mission to continue to create a great workplace.
