Helen is an expert in cultural and behavioural change. She has over 20 years’ experience leading teams in delivering programmes of work with material strategic, commercial, and cultural impact and has a unique understanding of how to deliver people-centred change, blending her marketing communications background with her experience in organisational development.

Her work has been recognised with a CIPD People Management Award (PMA) in 2018 for a forward-thinking approach to culture development at Yorkshire Building Society, and through her work on performance development at Yorkshire Water being shortlisted in this year’s PMA’s.

She has a super strength in translating complex concepts into practical programmes of activity that result in lasting change to organisational, team and individual outcomes.

Helen is passionate about her work and her enthusiasm is contagious. She is equally passionate about making every moment of non-working time count and loves holidays, the great outdoors and food (who doesn’t!).
