Jeremy Gautrey-Jones

Jeremy Gautrey-Jones has been instrumental in many major change programmes in the public and private sectors and has a wealth of experience both in employee and industrial relations. He was at the heart of the modernisation of HM Coastguard including introducing Just Culture and has led many changes to modernising the employee experience including creating better flexible working policies and practices. Having worked as a National Officer in a trade union and now as a HR leader he has a unique insight to the different dynamics within workforces. Currently Jeremy is the Assistant Director Employee Experience at the RSPCA and their Hello Hybrid model has been shortlisted for the CIPD flexible working award.
