Matthew leads the Volume Recruitment Teams within BT Group who deliver Retail, Contact Centre, Field Engineers and Early Careers recruitment across the BT Group Brands (EE, Plusnet, Business and Openreach). Matthew has been working in Telecoms since 2015 since joining Plusnet moving up through BT Group.
He is driven to increase social mobility by breaking down barriers to entry and enabling greater access to great careers for everyone. His teams within BT Group deploy employability programmes as part of the recruitment strategy broadening the hiring demographics.
