Sara Robson (MSc, BSc Hons)

National Talent Development Strategy (NTDS) Lead, College of Policing

Sara is a passionate and positive change maker in the talent development space! She built on her initial career in clinical and forensic psychology to find a love of organisational psychology working with public and private sector organisations in the UK, and also a stint in Australia, between her global backpacking adventures. 

Over the last 12 years, she has enjoyed working for the College of Policing in leadership and talent development roles, improving national standards and supporting police forces across the UK.  She now leads development of the first ever National Talent Development Strategy (NTDS) in policing which aims to ‘Enable a consistent strategic approach towards inclusive talent development in policing’.
