Steve is an experienced Organisational Development specialist, having worked across Europe, North America and the UK in multiple industry sectors, including FMCG and Financial Services. He is passionate about building Organisations to have a positive impact for Colleagues, Customers and wider society. In his current role as Director of Organisational Effectiveness in Bank of Ireland, Steve is responsible for all aspects of Learning, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, Leadership and Executive Development, Performance Management and Career Development.
